Welcome to CW777. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and CW777 ("we", "us", "the Platform"). By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the CW777 website or mobile app, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

CW777 is an online betting and casino platform operated under an internationally recognised gaming licence. Our platform is intended for adult entertainment purposes only. We offer sports betting (with a primary focus on cricket, PSL, and international tournaments), casino games, jackpot slots, the Aviator game, and esports betting — all with full PKR support and local Pakistani payment methods including Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT, and Visa/Mastercard.

To open a CW777 account you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform.

• Minimum Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. CW777 operates a strict 18+ policy with no exceptions. We may request proof of age at any point and will suspend accounts pending verification if required.
• Single Account: Each player is entitled to one CW777 account only. Duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, address, device, IP address, or payment method — are prohibited and will result in all accounts being closed with balances forfeited.
• Accurate Information: All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and current. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
• Jurisdiction: You must be accessing CW777 from a jurisdiction where online betting is not explicitly prohibited for personal use. It is your responsibility to verify the legal status of online betting in your location.
• Not a CW777 Employee: Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of CW777 and its service providers are not eligible to hold player accounts.
• Not Self-Excluded: If you have previously self-excluded from CW777 or any affiliated platform, you may not re-register during the exclusion period.

Your CW777 account is personal to you. You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place under your account credentials.

• Account Security: You must keep your username and password confidential. Never share your login details with anyone. CW777 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact support immediately.
• KYC Verification: CW777 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time — including but not limited to a government-issued ID (CNIC), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide these within the requested timeframe may result in account restriction.
• Account Closure by You: You may close your CW777 account at any time by contacting support. Any pending withdrawals will be processed on the normal schedule after closure is confirmed.
• Inactive Accounts: Accounts with no login or betting activity for 12 consecutive months will be considered inactive. A monthly administration fee of Rs 200 will be deducted from dormant accounts until the balance reaches zero or the account becomes active again.

CW777 processes all transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no currency conversion at any stage. All deposit methods must be registered in your own name — third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

• All deposits must be made from payment accounts/cards in the player's own verified name. CW777 will return and refuse deposits made from third-party accounts.
• CW777 does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside our control.
• Deposited funds are held in segregated player accounts, separate from CW777 operational funds, at all times.
• If a deposit does not appear in your CW777 balance within 30 minutes, contact support with the transaction reference number. Do not re-attempt the deposit before contacting support.

CW777 is committed to processing withdrawals promptly. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for deposit wherever technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500 for all methods.

• Processing Times: Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals typically complete within 10 minutes after approval. IBFT bank transfers complete within 1–4 business hours. Card withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the card issuer.
• Verification Requirement: CW777 may require KYC identity verification before processing withdrawals above Rs 50,000 or where the verification has not yet been completed. This is a regulatory requirement, not a delay tactic.
• No Withdrawal Fees: CW777 does not charge fees on withdrawals. Your bank or mobile money provider may apply their own charges, which are outside our control.
• Bonus-Related Restrictions: Winnings derived from bonus funds may only be withdrawn after meeting the stated wagering requirements for that bonus. Real-money winnings from real-money bets carry no such restriction.
• Incomplete Withdrawal: If a withdrawal fails for technical reasons on the payment provider's side, the funds will be returned to your CW777 balance within 24 hours and you may re-attempt the withdrawal.

CW777 offers various bonuses and promotional rewards to both new and existing players. Each bonus has specific terms that must be read before claiming. The general principles that apply to all CW777 bonuses are as follows.

• Welcome Bonus: The welcome deposit bonus is available to new CW777 players on their first deposit only. It cannot be combined with other promotional offers unless explicitly stated. The bonus percentage and maximum amount are shown on the promotions page at the time of deposit.
• Wagering Requirements: All CW777 bonuses carry a wagering requirement, expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 10x). A 10x wagering requirement on a Rs 1,000 bonus means you must wager Rs 10,000 in qualifying bets before the bonus amount becomes withdrawable. Qualifying bets are real-money wagers at minimum odds of 1.50 (Decimal) or greater.
• Expiry: Bonus funds that are not wagered within the stated validity period (typically 30 days from claim date) will be forfeited automatically. The expiry date is shown in your account bonus section.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one CW777 bonus can be active at a time unless otherwise stated. Activating a new bonus before completing the terms of an existing one will forfeit the previous bonus.
• Referral Rewards: Referral bonuses are paid as real cash (not bonus funds) when a referred friend completes their qualifying first deposit. Referral rewards have no wagering requirement. See the Refer a Friend page for full details.
• Abuse Prevention: CW777 reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or claw back any bonus where there is evidence of bonus abuse, exploitation of offers, or coordinated misuse involving multiple accounts. Bonus abuse includes systematic low-risk betting (e.g., hedge betting) designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine risk.

• Bet Acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by CW777. A bet is confirmed only when a confirmation message is shown and the bet appears in your bet history. Do not assume a bet is placed until you see the confirmation.
• Minimum & Maximum Stakes: Minimum bet is Rs 50. Maximum bet limits vary by market and are displayed when placing the bet. CW777 reserves the right to set individual player bet limits without prior notice.
• Obvious Errors: Bets placed at clearly erroneous odds (due to a system or human error) may be voided by CW777 and stakes returned. CW777 will notify affected players when this occurs.
• Postponed & Abandoned Events: For cricket, if a match is abandoned without a result and the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method is not applied, all bets on the match winner will be voided and stakes returned. Over-by-over markets settled before abandonment will stand.
• Live Betting: In-play bets may be delayed or refused during unstable live data periods. CW777 makes every effort to keep live odds accurate but is not liable for bets placed during periods of data disruption.
• Bet Settlement: Bets are settled using official results from the relevant sport's governing body. For cricket, official ICC and PCB results take precedence. Settlement typically occurs within 30 minutes of the official result being declared.

CW777 casino games — including slots, jackpots, live table games, and the Aviator game — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently audited for fairness. The following rules apply to all CW777 casino products.

• Game Fairness: All CW777 casino games use independently certified RNG systems. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are accurate as certified by the independent auditor. CW777 does not manipulate outcomes.
• Technical Interruptions: If a game session is interrupted by a technical failure (loss of internet connection, platform error), CW777 will restore the session to the last verified state recorded on our servers. Any bets in progress at the time of interruption will be resolved based on server records, not the player's device display.
• Aviator Game: The Aviator multiplier is determined by a provably fair algorithm. The result is generated before bets are placed, and players can verify the fairness of each round using the seed values displayed after each game. CW777 makes no guarantees about any individual game outcome in Aviator or any other game.
• Progressive Jackpots: Jackpot prizes are displayed in real time on the CW777 platform. Jackpots are won randomly during gameplay. A jackpot win is subject to the same verification and withdrawal processes as any other win.

CW777 is committed to responsible gaming and the wellbeing of every player on our platform. The following tools and policies are in place to support responsible play.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via their account settings. Limits take effect immediately when set. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Self-Exclusion: Any player may request temporary (1 month, 3 months, 6 months) or permanent self-exclusion by contacting CW777 support. During exclusion, the account will be disabled and no marketing communications will be sent. Re-registration attempts during an exclusion period will be refused.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on CW777 and will result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action.

• Registering more than one account or using a third party's account
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity
• Attempting to exploit system errors, game bugs, or technical vulnerabilities
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage
• Using automated betting systems, bots, or software to place bets
• Systematic bonus abuse including hedge betting to clear wagering requirements
• Depositing funds from stolen, fraudulently obtained, or third-party payment instruments
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation

CW777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account where there is evidence of prohibited conduct, failure to complete identity verification, suspicious financial activity, regulatory requirement, or any other breach of these Terms. When an account is suspended pending investigation, CW777 will notify the player via their registered email and provide a timeline for resolution.

Where an account is closed due to a proven breach of these Terms, any balance comprising real-money funds (not bonus funds) will be returned to the verified payment method on the account after the investigation is complete. Bonus balances and winnings derived from prohibited activity will be forfeited.

CW777 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering with CW777, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. We use 256-bit SSL encryption on all data transmissions and store player data on secure, access-controlled servers. CW777 does not sell or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. If you believe a bet has been settled incorrectly, a transaction has been processed in error, or you have been treated unfairly, please contact CW777 support within 30 days of the relevant event. Complex disputes may take up to 15 business days.

If you are not satisfied with CW777's resolution, you may escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory body named on our licence. CW777 cooperates fully with all regulatory dispute resolution processes.

CW777 may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in regulation, platform features, or business operations. Where changes are material — meaning they affect your rights or obligations as a player — CW777 will notify you via your registered email address at least 14 days before the changes take effect.

Minor changes (such as clarifications that do not affect your rights) may be made without advance notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you may close your account and withdraw your balance before the effective date of the changes.
